For the first time in its existence, the site of the former "Arsenal" plant is open to everyone. A Development is working on the A-Station project renovating part of the "Arsenal" plant territory.
A-Station is a one-of-a-kind place in Kyiv. This location instantly became iconic and equally attractive for progressive youth meet-ups and family leisure. Being a center of architectural, research, and creative hubs, with a variety of restaurants catering to every taste, makes A-Station irresistible. Here, one can work, socialize, and have quality time with friends. This project creates new possibilities for business in a rejuvenated heritage area.
A-Station is a large-scale project that A Development implements in collaboration with UDP and Quarter Partners. Renovation of the historic buildings of the former "Arsenal" plant sets a new standard for public space design and serves as an urban planning example worth following.
Historic edifices built in the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century now host Creative States co-working space, Kyiv Food Market, Osvitoria education hub, and a constellation of restaurants, with a quiet green courtyard in between.
