Here, the comfort of your home isn't limited to the apartment. Shopping center, swimming pool, and restaurants – everything is right here at the lower levels of the residential complex.
Carefully planned apartment layouts ensure stunning views of either one of the greatest green areas in Kyiv – Holosiivski Park, or the stylobate with its green roof, small park, and walking paths. There, residents can also enjoy fresh-air gyms and playgrounds in the private yard. A card pass system of access to the residential complex territory and 24/7 CCTV monitoring is in place to ensure the peace and security of our residents.
The white lines decorating the exterior create the signature look of the complex, making it stand out among other buildings.
Business-class residential complex in the center of Holosiivo is your city within a city created by A Development, UDP, and FUTURA HATA.
