A Development LLC collects personal information necessary for the functionality and improvement of its services. In the past twelve (12) months, A Development LLC has collected the following categories of personal information from or on behalf of its users and service providers:

● Third-Party Sharing: In the current version, personal data is not shared with third parties, except for authentication services (Google, Facebook, Apple) and notification services (AWS SES, SNS, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notifications).

● Security Measures: Data is encrypted using AES-256, authentication via OAuth 2.0, role-based access restrictions, and user activity audits.

● Notification Management: Users can disable informational and transactional notifications in the app settings.

● Geolocation: Not used in the current version but may be added in the future.

Personal Information Exceptions

Personal information does not include:

● Publicly available information from government records.

● De-identified or aggregated consumer information.

● Information excluded from state privacy law scope, such as:

● Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

● Handling Inquiries: We process your requests to the support service.

Managing Your Information

Consequences of Account Deletion

Please be aware that deleting your account will result in the loss of access to all app features and services, including but not limited to:

● Communication with the management company.

● Concierge services. ● Parking access.

Marketing Communications

You have the right to choose what communications you receive from us. You can manage your marketing email preferences within the app's settings or by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. Transactional and service-related notifications (such as parking confirmations or updates from the management company) are essential for the app's functionality and you may not be able to opt out of these.
